"If I could give them a 1000 stars, I would. I ordered an inflatable character costume for an event. I knew id didn’t come with a battery. What I didn’t know was that it took a specialized battery with a specialized connector. With a day before the event, there was no time to order anything. Harley’s had the battery and they were able to fabricate the connector from parts they had in stock. 10 minutes after walking in, I walked out with a fully solved problem for much less than I expected to pay.
I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They saved the day for the charity event."

"These guys are superheroes and saved my bacon! The electric fireplace I’d ordered online arrived with a couple issues; one of which was a bad TCO. To me, it looked like a resistor/fuse. I found it around 10:30a on a Saturday. NOBODY carries electronic parts anymore, except Harley’s. I live in TR, so by the time I found them, we had to get in the truck and hustle on over before they closed at noon. After taking my wife through the motions of a gripping thrill ride, we made it at 12:03p, just as the guys were walking out the door. Must’ve been my lucky day, because the gentleman who’d spoken with me on the phone had a part in his hand - but the real luck was how he took one look at the bad part I’d brought with me and told me I’d asked for the wrong thing. We went inside, and was back out on the road with the RIGHT part in about 5 mins! I wish they’d have let me buy em lunch, but I’m settling for writing a rave review.
If anybody needs electronic components, go see these folks! Hard to find anybody more knowledgeable and down-home kind of friendly. Can’t say enough good about em, and their selection is awesome… everything on their shelves from specialty parts to solder and nuts n bolts."
